About Sarvaguna Yoga Dhaama

“Samatvam yoga ucchate” – Yoga is harmony and balance of life.
— Bhagavad Gita

Our Inspiration

Our source of inspiration and guiding light are the ancient lineage of enlightened yogis and great masters, both past and present, who meticulously preserved this sacred and unifying knowledge of Yoga for humanity.

“Sarvebhyo Rishibhyo Gurubhyo, Namah.”

Yoga is a profound spiritual science for fulfillment, peace, and harmony within the individual and society. As a holistic science, Yoga leads to self-realization by balancing physical, psychological, and spiritual energies, ultimately guiding practitioners toward cosmic consciousness.

Yoga is like an eternal river, flowing through the ages, crossing many bridges, and reaching its present form. We are deeply grateful to the great souls who preserved and enriched this wisdom, enabling us to practice and realize our true self, shedding all imperfections.

The Meaning of “Sarvaguna Yoga Dhaama”

The combination of two Sanskrit words, Sarva (meaning “all” or “every”) and Guna (meaning “virtue” or “excellence”), forms the word “Sarvaguna”, signifying All Virtuous or Holistic Yoga.

The term Dhaama means “Abode.” Hence, “Sarvaguna Yoga Dhaama” translates to:

“An Abode of Holistic Healing for Self-Realization.”

This name perfectly reflects our vision and mission, aligning with the essence of Yoga Philosophy.

In line with this spirit, we are committed to offering you the true teachings of Yoga through our comprehensive Yoga Teacher Training Course — guiding beginners and advanced seekers alike toward mastering the physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions of this timeless practice.

Our Vision

We are committed to imparting the original teachings of Yoga and its philosophy, healing methods, and therapeutic techniques, as taught and practiced by the seers, yogis, and enlightened masters in all spiritual traditions, both past and present.

Yoga, in its pristine glory, helps us achieve Samadhi and Self-realization through various spiritual disciplines and practices.

Astanga Yoga — the Eight-Limbed Yoga of Sage Patanjali — provides a systematic process toward Samadhi, a state of universal consciousness. These practices bring harmony between body, mind, and spirit.

Our teachings are rooted in Patanjali’s Astanga Yoga and enriched by:

  • Bhagavad Gita
  • Upanishads
  • Tantra Yoga
  • Kundalini Yoga
  • Chakra System
  • Mantra Yoga
  • Bhakti Yoga

“Yogena citta vrtti nirodhopi Jnanam samyak Avekshanam”

Yoga is not merely physical exercises or postures — it is the merging of the individual self with universal consciousness.

Our Objectives

Our goal is to impart the true teachings of Yoga that bring genuine inner transformation — not superficial gestures that borrow its name.

We strive to synthesize ancient spiritual wisdom with modern scientific understanding, creating harmony between outer life and spiritual purpose.

Our approach integrates Yoga therapy and healing in a holistic way, supporting psychological well-being and spiritual fulfillment.

By unifying teachings from various schools of Yoga, we present a consistent and intelligible system of thought — bringing age-old wisdom into modern life.

We are committed to sharing the true spirit of Yoga that brings real transformation within oneself.
